Jon and his wife Judy started investing on 30A over 25 years ago. Having owned varied properties from Gulf front condos to 7 Bedroom homes along 30A, Jon knows the market well. Jon has specialized in income producing homes and luxury vacation homes ranging in locations from Destin, Florida to Panama City Beach with a dominance along the 18 miles of beach designated as scenic highway 30A.

Jon has helped a wide variety of customers find their perfect home or land to build on. From families moving here from Texas, to Nashville musicians looking for a second home, to returning vacationers who have decided they want something more permanent that produces rental income, Jon has even helped several “now real estate agents” move here and find their first 30A property.

Over the years he and his wife self-managed their own vacation/income properties. In the past he was one of the owners of Benchmark30A Vacation Rentals.  With this relationship, he has developed a relationship offering a team servicing customers on the rental side.
